ABOUT DARNDALE BELCAMP VILLAGE CENTRE CLG
Darndale Belcamp Village Centre CLG was incorporated on 30th November 2001, for the purpose of managing the Village Centre complex and charged with the integration of services. This form of managing, developing and combining both community and statutory services has proven to be a very successful model, and one we would consider as a blueprint for other communities to follow. Darndale Belcamp Village Centre is situated in a prime location on the north side of Dublin City close to the N32, M1, M50 and city centre bus routes.
Our Vision
We have a vision of Darndale where the physical environment is safe and clean, the local economy is strong and provides jobs and opportunities for local people, where people have confidence and a sense of pride in their community and where our services operate effectively for the good of all.
Our Values
We believe in working towards this vision in a way that tackles as well as alleviates symptoms. We seek to break negative cycles through early intervention whilst working in partnership with others to identify needs and deliver solutions, either ourselves or with/through our partners. We believe in providing leadership for positive change and supporting leadership in others. We believe in being innovative and creative in our search for solutions to local problems. We believe in listening to and responding to the local community.
