The Bell Building was opened in October 2001 and is owned by Dublin City Council. It was constructed through funding obtained by several state agencies that are now operating in the building. The building is managed by Darndale Belcamp Village Centre CLG, a company formed for the dual purpose of managing the building and integrating the services in and around the Village Centre. Darndale Belcamp Village Centre CLG holds a long term lease on the property and is responsible for the collection of services charges from tenants and retail units.
Darndale Belcamp Village Centre CLG uses service charges to provide the following services to all tenants and service providers:
24 hour security
Maintenance and upkeep of the entire complex
Housekeeping and cleaning of office space and common areas
Staff Parking Facilities
We also offer room hire for all meetings and training days for our service providers. Our Public Relations Officer also offers promotional opportunities through online advertising, social media management and by producing publications throughout the year, including a detailed annual report and quarterly Gos Magazine.
